  • Bring broth to a boil in a pot, add frozen tortellini and cook for 4 minutes.

  • Place salmon fillet and chopped peppers, zucchini and tomatoes on foil. Season.

  • Fold foil tightly to seal packet. Place on baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.

Baked potato bar with broccoli, bacon and cheese (14 minutes):

  • Pierce and microwave potatoes for 6-8 minutes until soft.

  • Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green.

  • Top baked potatoes with broccoli, crispy bacon bits, shredded cheese. Warm until melted.

Sheet pan fajitas (15 minutes):

  • Toss chicken strips, bell peppers and onions on a sheet pan with 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp each cumin, chili powder, salt.

  • Roast at 425°F, flipping halfway, until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.

One pan chicken pesto pasta (12 minutes):

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.

  • In same pan, saute chicken with pesto, cream and parmesan. Add pasta and toss to coat before serving.
