ERAdemics, i.e., the academic research department of ERAzine, provides academic research service to its clients on request. Upon submitting academic research request to ERAdemics and/or signing any contracts/quotations requiring ERAdemics academic research service, the clients agree that such contents should only be treated as guidelines and/or suggestions and/or assistance to further research on any given topics, and should not be used as the final products of any kinds of assignments and/or publications.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law of all kinds, the clients agree that Utopia Online Limited, ERAzine and our officers,directors, employees, contractors and agents are completely not liable for any direct incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive, and/or similar damages arising out of, or resulting from, these ERAdemics research contents, including, but not limited to, damages for harm to business, lost profits, lost savings, or lost revenues, however such damages are caused and whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory of liability. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of whether you have been advised of the possibility of such injuries, damages, losses or expenses.

The clients agree that the content of ERAdemics academic researches reflect only the opinions and/or perspectives and/or discoveries of the researcher(s) who prepared such contents. Such contents do not equal the opinions and/or perspectives of ERAzine and Utopia Online Media and our officers,directors, employees, contractors and agents, and should not be treated as such. ERAzine and Utopia Online Media are merely the agency between our researchers and clients, and should be treated as such.
